RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Birthjuly, each product is custom-made. Due to the personalized nature of our items, all custom products are final sale. We only accept returns or replacements if the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error. Please contact us at support@birthjuly.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
